From circa 1950 an unusual City Bakeries (Scottish bread manufacturer) Brighton & Hove Albion card - a very rare paper card, not the easier more typical cardstock, this also has an unusually clean undamaged shape for a City Bakeries card (most seen have been well handled and long since became rounded down at the corners, top and base). As this is so clean, and paper not cardstock, it could have been a proof. I do not know but it's the only 1 of these I have owned in 50 years collecting. Sold as seen - clean plain white paper back with 1 very small spot of age foxing (a brown stain no bigger than a felt-tip pen nib) at the top rear, otherwise faultless.
